Yesterday, our 5th & 6th class met with 5th & 6th class from Robertson NS Stranorlar for the first time in our new school year. This collaboration involved a creative writing session with author Isla Mc Guckian, a well-being through art session with local artist Michelle Doherty as well as a games session in the form of basketball facilitated by our own sports coach Syria.
Each class in Scoil Eoin Baiste will be involved in the Aspire project this year. With the emphasis of the project being to build positive connections between children from different socio-economic, cultural & political backgrounds we look forward to seeing how beneficial & enjoyable it will be for our pupils.
